Some people are intimidated by studio lighting because they're thought of as expensive and difficult to use. While it's true that they're not always the most accessible of photographic equipment, the high degree of control they offer is hard to beat. This workshop will introduce you to the basic principles of studio lighting including physics, setup, and creative application.

"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn" ~Benjamin Franklin
All workshops include theory, demonstration, AND hands-on practice to address visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning. The instruction is based on the most basic platform with little use of automation such as camera scene modes, app-based filters, and machine learning so YOU are in control of the images you create.
