Lost: Wedding Diamond in prong setting

I am heartbroken. The Diamond in the prongs broke off my wedding ring. I was making deliveries all over the MaeAnne and Robb Drive area, within all the neighborhoods along MaeAnne. I live in S Reno so it could be anywhere but most likely in that delivery area. I am devastated. Reward if found (needle in a huge haystack) and returned
