Nick Vatterott Tries To Get The Word Out About His New Stand Up Special DISINGENUOUS Join us for an evening of live comedy as stand up comedian Nick Vatterott, the one from Conan, Fallon and Comedy Central, returns to Chicago on Monday December 20th, the night before the premier of his new Stand Up Special DISINGENUOUS, available on streaming platforms everywhere Tuesday December 21st! Nick will perform LIVE stand up comedy while intermittently plugging his PREVIOUSLY RECORDED stand up special. He will use any means necessary to get the word out including but not limited to jokes, gags, goofs, taglines , improvs, skitches, props, threats, cadences, riffs, side bars, audio cues, metaphors, promises, lighting, act outs, clips, bits, pranks, notions, call backs, lies, through-lines, costumes, pandering, faux pas, nostalgia, trends, set ups, crowd work, songs, bribes, walk ons, tag outs, cartoons, gestures, rants, click bait, potty humor, shout outs, stealing, one ups, cursing, pan flutes, punch lines, virtue signaling, chunks, miming, setlists, pratfalls, upstaging, wigs, tardiness, pant coats, networking, event listings, play dough and stick 'em ups. Known primarily for the nation’s longest running independent comedy show (The Lincoln Lodge) we also produce special events, help others organizations to raise money with comedy events and offer classes (Feminine Comique and Stand-Up Seminary) to encourage more community participation in stand-up comedy. We have been very successful at nurturing local talent and can point to a long line of alumni like Hannibal Burress, Kyle Kinane, T.J. Miller, Pete Holmes and Cameron Esposito who all got their start at The Lodge. Our reputation for professionalism, talent and integrity means organizations such as Just for Laughs and Comedy Central have invited us to collaborate with them.
