It’s beginning to look a lot like Solstice! Put down the stocking you're stuffing and gift yourself (or someone else) some sonic self-care! Join us again for a super cool sound bath experience on the Winter Solstice Tuesday 12/21. Our teacher is Michelle Bui (@vibewithmiche), a local Venice yoga instructor and sound bath practitioner. Michelle uses a full set of Chakra Crystal Bowls, chimes, a gong, a buffalo drum, and various other instruments to guide you on a sound meditation. Sound can help relax the body, calm the mind, and clear blockages making way for positive vibes and energy to flow easier. Come join us and set some positive intentions for the season. Meet new friends or just relax, meditate, and take some time out for yourself. We will still limit the class to 20 people as we have moved it to the space directly adjacent to our studio which is 5,000 sq feet with 25’ ceilings, lots of fresh open air. REQUIRED: A mask upon entry, your own yoga mat (some available for purchase from @vagabondgoods). OPTIONAL: Comfy layers if you get chilly easily. Some people bring a blanket, crystals, and eye masks for deeper relaxation. BONUS: Complimentary botanical tea brewed brewed fresh by Michelle AND a crystal for intention setting, compliments of TINY BANDIT + 20% discount on any TINY BANDIT goods after the sound bath as our thank you (We use a TINY BANDIT Cloud Mist for aromatherapy at the start of the bath. Please allow time for parking and don’t be late so we can begin promptly at 7pm. Approximately 60 + minute session COVID MEASURES IN PLACE: Hand sanitizing mandatory upon entry into the studio. Masks required for entry but may be removed while enjoying beverages or snacks. Attendees will be asked to sign a waiver declaring they have not exhibited covid symptoms or been exposed to anyone who has tested posotive for covid in the last 10 days. Social distancing plan in effect. Each attendee will receive a COMFORT LEVEL STICKER to be worn that lets other guests know your comfort level during an in person event.
