A Gathering for Ministry Executives with the purpose of inspiring supportive peer relationships and networking. This gathering is for anyone who is in ministry at a high capacity, and/or is in the 2nd chair (i.e. Pastor, Executive, and/or Director level). We're creating a network that connects regional Ministry Executives together, so your work doesn't feel lonely, unsupported, and under-resourced. Since XP Gathering launched in June 2021, we've seen a need and continued desire to create more spaces for Ministry Executives to connect with each other regionally. We have had over 75 Ministry Executives gathering in one of our Gatherings, and over 30 Churches represented. As we start a new year, let's take a moment to dream a little and grow our faith in believing what is POSSIBLE together! This January gathering, we've partnered with Gateway Seminary in Ontario, CA, where President Dr. Jeff Iorg will be our guest speaker. Dr. Iorg teaches leadership, preaching, and church ministry courses at Gateway Seminary. He speaks frequently on these subjects in conferences and other venues, including college campuses and leadership seminars. His publications include nine books: The Painful Side of Leadership, The Character of Leadership, Is God Calling Me?, The Case for Antioch, Seasons of a Leader’s Life, Unscripted, Ministry in the New Marriage Culture, Leading Major Change in Your Ministry, and his latest, Shadow Christians.
