Grounds Cleaning (Porter) for Apartment Complexes Schedule: Full Time 36 hours: Monday Through Saturday. 6 hours per day. 8am-2:pm Pay: $12-$15 per hour. Prior Experience a plus Duties: • Grounds Cleanup/Trash Pickup • Must be able to walk long distances • Must be able to lift Heavy Weight up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to operate a golf cart. • Blowing • Pressure Cleaning • Effective Communicator (bi-lingual a plus) Must have reliable form of transportation. Hiring Multiple Locations. Job starting on December 13th with a one week training starting December 6th.
