Matt Willkom, executive director of Iowa Catholic Radio will discuss developments at the radio station, including the new office, the chapel (and how to visit it for adoration), the display of Eucharistic miracles, and plans to improve the station's coverage in the diocese and the state. Then, there will be a discussion about ways that men can prepare for Lent with Exodus 90, giving up something for Lent, fasting, attending daily Mass, attending Eucharistic adoration, spiritual reading, etc. Lunch provided by Chick-Fil-A on University in West Des Moines or if you abstain from meat on Fridays, you are welcome to bring your own.
