$22 Entry fee, swag bag included Saturday February 26th, 2022 Check In 7:30am - 7:50am Tournament Starts at 8am Tournament ends at 11am $22 Entry fee, swag bag included Saturday February 26th, 2022 Check In: 7:30am  -  7:50am Tournament Starts at 8am Tournament ends at 11am PRIZE BREAKDOWN Grand Prize- $200.00 and Prize pack 2nd Place- $75.00 and Prize pack 3rd Place- $25.00 and Prize pack Mission FISH Surf Fishing Throwdown III Tournament Rules for Saturday, February 26th, 20220800-1200 Port Hueneme Beach Shoreline - PAY PARKING at beach Parking Lot.Rules and Regulations for Tournament• All anglers 16 and older must have a valid fishing license with Ocean Enhancement.  Anglers 15 and under do not need a fishing license!• Daily Bag limits will be enforced per Fish and Game Regulations.  • Anglers must catch his/her own fish.  Assistance may be provided by Tournament Judges only!• All fish from the approved species list must be shown to a judge for scoring purposes!   Anglers may keep his/her catch if they desire. Approved Species and point value for this event are as follows: Point System: Smelt 1, Croaker 2, Perch 3, Corbina 4, Halibut 5• 1 rod maximum in the water at all times per angler!• Anglers can use mussels, clams, anchovy, sardines, mackerel, squid, shrimp, gulp products, Luckycraft lures, kastmasters, roostertail, surface irons, or any type of grubs or jigs.  No Sabiki’s or more than 2 hooks allowed!• Tournament Fishing will be from 8:00 am -11 am on the shoreline. • Winners will be announced at approximately 11:15 am, In the event of a tie, a 15 minutes sudden death time will be given, after that, a winner will be declared.
