This event pairs up the cheese specialists at Edgewood Cheese Shop with the distillers at RI Spirits for a unique tasting event, featuring 3 miniature cocktails and 3 cheeses. You'll get to meet the Edgewood staff who can discuss their selections with you, taste Rhodium cocktails that pair with the cheeses, and meet one of the distillers. Edgewood Cheese shop is owned by Casey and Adrienne D'Arconte and specializes in distinctive cheeses, charcuterie, and carefully chosen boards with meats/cheeses/garnishes. Their expertise ensures that the three cheese selections at this event will be memorable. Cheese will be available for purchase at this event. RI Spirits makes Rhodium brand gins, vodkas & liqueurs at their riverside distillery in downtown Pawtucket. Their organic and gluten free spirits feature fresh, farmed and foraged ingredients. The distillery's Tasting Room will be open during this event, and additional cocktails will be available (not included in ticket). RI Spirits makes handcrafted premium gins, vodkas, and liqueurs. Our Rhodium brand products are available in stores, restaurants and bars throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. The Tasting Room in downtown Pawtucket features small batches of seasonally changing spirits, plus a specialty cocktail list and snacks, all in a unique and spacious riverside location.
