Enjoy books and brew at Tipsy Bookworm with proceeds benefiting the Plant City Sadye Gibbs Martin Scholarship Fund. Tipsy Bookworm December Charity of the Month is the Sadye Gibbs Martin College Scholarship Fund. Each year scholarships are awarded to five local area high school seniors. Scholarships are presented on January 16, 2022. The Hillsborough County Community Violence Prevention Collaborative (VPC or Collaborative) was created in the summer of 2013 as an initiative to transform the way local policy makers address violence. This initiative shifts policy from a public safety to a public health model and aligns community and professional stakeholders to develop a comprehensive prevention and intervention approach.
