Harira; traditional earthy and hearty Moroccan soup made of onions, tomatoes, lentils, chickpeas, celery and spices
Chicken Bastilla; one of the most famous savory and sweet Moroccan baked pies and it's made of shredded chicken (that has been cooked in an onion sauce along with spices) and almonds with a hint of orange blossom water, topped with powdered sugar, cinnamon and honey.
Choice of:
Couscous with beef, vegetables topped with Tfaya ( caramelized onions and raisins)
OR
Lamb tajine with apricots, prunes and almonds, served with homemade bread
Basboussa with cream; sweet, syrup-soaked semolina cake, topped with cream served with Moroccan mint tea
