Laborer to help with some renovation projects

I’m renovating my house and looking for someone to occasionally help me out. Some of the work I need help with is: * Digging and leveling a crawlspace * Putting gravel in a crawlspace * Installing a vapor barrier in a crawlspace * Digging up bushes/tree roots * Wheelbarrowing concrete for a pour The pay is $30 an hour in cash. If you’ve done some construction work in the past that would be great, but it’s not necessary. Nothing we’re doing is complicated, it’s just hard (and sometimes dirty) work.
