Description
Make a $125.00 cash for successfully completing the following repairs at my place in Vallejo on Mon. Dec. 20th. working from 10am-5pm.
1. Re-install a new drain pipe underneath the kitchen sink of my vintage mobile home, which I attempted to replace but had minor problems and, now because of back issues, can't fix myself. This will also involve opening up the drain with a snake, which I have. (Estimated Time: 1-1.5 hrs.)
2. Repair a leaky outside plastic hose connection for the water hookup. This is a simple job of either tightening the connections or replacing them with new connectors. (Estimated Time: 15-45 mins.)
3. Locate a small leak in a propane line underneath the same mobile home to determine how to repair it. (It's parked on asphalt so it's relatively clean & dry underneath. It also sits up high, so it's pretty easy to get underneath of and I have a creeper that you can use to roll around on as well.) (Estimated Time: 30 min to 1 hr.)
4. Remove a stuck nut on one of the bolts securing my toilet seat, then replacing that nut, along with its partner on the other side, and then tightening both to secure the seat properly. (Estimated Time: 30 min-1 hr.)
5. Cut down a few black-berry branches on my back fence and along the ground, along with a few other weeds with my hedge clippers. (Estimated Time: 30 min-1 hr.)
6. Spray Ground-Clear on a small area of ground when through with #5. (Estimated Time: 30 min.)
7. Reattach a small section of the privacy screening on my chain link fence with zip-ties. (Estimated Time: 30-45 min.)
8. Install wheel locks on my car using my spanner wrench and floor jack. (Estimated Time: 1- 1.5 hrs.)
Total Approximate Time: 4-7.5 hrs
Note: I have all the tools and parts you'll need for these jobs, unless you have a weed eater you can bring.
