POLK COUNTY, FL — A man died inside a manufactured home when a fire took over a large portion of the inside Thursday morning, Polk County Fire Rescue said. The fire started just before 11:21 a.m. at 1229 Skyview Cove, investigators said. By 12:01 p.m., the fire rescue had the fire under control. The victim's identity has not been released. Fire rescue has not released the cause of the fire. Polk County Fire Rescue responded to a fatal fire at a manufactured home in Lakeland. (Polk County Fire Rescue)
