Bartender + optional server for Dec 30

Looking for a bartender and possibly a server for an Eve of the Eve party Dec 30. 8pm to midnight. Approximately 20 persons at a lakefront condo. I have the bar and extensive liquors and all items we typically need for a party. Optional server (depending on total costs proposed) to help with coats, to bring appetizers around to guests, help refresh drinks. I've had bartenders for this event in past years and it has been a super addition. I welcome your reply and suggestion / proposal and a few notes about what makes you great at tending bar for a group of professionals and friends. Cheers
