WEST HAVEN - A West Haven resident is $17,708 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 15, Alfred Brillante, of West Haven, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Liquor King in West Haven and won $17,708.
