TRUMBULL, CT — The Trumbull Planning and Zoning Commission is considering a proposal for a new development on White Plains Road in Trumbull Center that would hold 52 apartments and retail space, reported the Trumbull Times. The proposed five-story building, which would measure more than 40,000 square feet, would replace two buildings on the property in the 900 block.
