RENTON, WA — Renton firefighters quickly contained an apartment fire Friday morning and rescued a person from the complex, according to officials. Renton Regional Fire Authority crews deployed to 1300 South Puget Drive shortly after 10 a.m. Friday. #UPDATE: Crews have fire under control and all searches complete. @IAFF2595 Medic 7 currently evaluating a patient. The fire marshal's office will take over the investigation to determine the fire's cause.
