STRATFORD - A Stratford resident is $12,708 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 15, Nikia Sims, of Stratford, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Shell Food Mart in Stratford and won $12,708.
