Property Management Company seeking a full time Assistant Manager at an apartment community located in Fife, WA.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
• Assist Manager with daily operations of the community
• Marketing, which includes merchandising and renting the apartments
• Public relations, which includes communication and maintaining the property’s reputation
• Administration, which includes rental collections and record keeping
• Operations
Requirements:
• Professional appearance
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer/technology skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
Software Programs Utilized (Experience preferred, not required):
• AppFolio
• Microsoft Teams
• Paycom
