HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Police have arrested a 35-year-old Naples, Fla., man who now faces armed robbery, robbery and other charges after he placed a package outside the front door of Sergio's Fine Jewelers in Ellicott City Oct. 1. The incident was captured on surveillance video. Howard County police later determined the package to be a fake explosive device with a note demanding jewelry and cash. No one was injured in the incident. Police originally offered a $1,500 reward to help identify Floyd Stuck in the case.
