We are seeking a Punch Out Tech - Handyman - Aeroseal Operator to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to perform general handyman work at clients homes including but not limited to drywall repair, paint, pre-project site inspections, permit running. general repairs, operating aeroseal duct sealing system, meeting inspectors and other related tasks Responsibilities: Ability to work with minimal supervision in the field Operate company vehicle safely (Full Size Pick Up Truck) Order and replace broken parts or equipment Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in carpentry, electrical, mechanical, drywall, roofing, inspections greatly desirable Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Valid Drivers License Own personal tools for standard punch out (specialty tools and equipment to be provided as needed) Must be able to speak and write English Clearly, ability to speak and understand Spanish highly desirable
