Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/16/2021 4:30 AM 12/15/21  2021-3527, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle:  On 12/11/2021 at 10:19 p.m., sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Fernwood Road and Woodridge Road, Oswego Township.  As a result of the traffic stop, on 12/15/21, the driver of the vehicle, Katherine M. Ruffo, a 22-year-old female, from the 2400 block of Summerwind Lane, Montgomery was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle.  Ruffo was released on her recognizance and provided a mandatory court date. 2021-3527, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle: The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
