Need periodic transport for charity donations

Every 1.5 to 2 months I take 2 to 4 large trash bags full of items to the CASA organization. They're located 7 long blocks from where I live. I don't drive and I'm a senior citizen with a bad leg. It's becoming quite a challenge. A van or pickup truck would be perfect. CASA is typically open Monday through Thursday 9AM to 5PM.
