TouchPoint360 currently hiring a Remodel Supervisor. This will be a full-time salaried position with health insurance along with dental/vision, 401K, and 2 weeks paid vacation. Overnight work Sunday through Thursday with opportunities for advancement. Job Summary     Responsible for the completion of store sets, scheduling, training team leads, and developing company initiatives. The job requires extreme flexibility in the work schedule; and the ability to travel.Must develop new team leads by teaching, training, and leading by example.Responsible for budgeting for specific programs/jobs.Attend/contribute to company meetings and conference calls.Be an integral part of the training and safety initiatives of our business.Teach/train new hires, new team leads, senior team leads and supervise large teamsAbility to talk with clients and potential clients about our company and business. Pass along potential leads to the Sales team.Must be able to travel 100% of the time.
