1,966 confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Dakota County this week, according to the post.
There were 69 hospitalizations in Dakota County this week, with one adult ICU staffed bed available and eight pediatric ICU beds available, the post said.
72 Dakota County schools are on the Minnesota Department of Health's list of schools that have had recent outbreaks of COVID-19.
The County asked residents to show their appreciation to healthcare workers by wearing their masks, getting vaccinated and getting booster shots and getting tested.
