Twenty-four members of the Columbia College senior class have been selected for initiation to the Phi Beta Kappa Society. While 2 percent were elected this fall, the remaining 8 percent of inductees will be elected in the upcoming spring 2022 term.
Phi Beta Kappa is the nation's oldest academic honor society. Just 10 percent of the Columbia College graduating class is elected to membership in the honor society by a faculty selection committee each year based on their academic excellence and faculty recommendations.
