We have a few gorgeous babies who are ready now. They are currently 3.5"- 4". We have Luecies ( Leucistic) pink babies who are either GFP (glows in the dark under blue/black light and Non-GFP. Last 2 photos are what they will look like as adults. $75 They have been raised from eggs (origin of eggs from Alaska). They come from extremely well documented lines. They also come with Certificate of Origins (Birth Certificates) Raised on 100% High quality live feeds and being transitioned over to pellets. We believe in responsible husbandry, ownership and care of the Species and are a signer of the Axolotl Husbandry code of Ethics, and are recognized as such. ( No backyard genetic swap, inbreeding or unknown pedigrees especially important since there is a very small gene pool as most undocumented Axolotl are severely inbred) This species requires fresh water temperatures in the 62-68 range (preferably towards the lower end). Babies should be in a aquarium without any substrate until around 6" in legnth in which super fine pool sand or tiles can be added. They require a tank to be fully cycled PRIOR to being put into it. If you do not have one ready using a 5 gallon clear plastic toter "tub" can be used with regular water changes until your tank is fully cycled.
