Found small white chihuahua with snaggletooth/ "N"tattoo

Description

White/tan with a "N" tattoo on his genital area. About 7-10 pounds. He is friendly and seems trained. I was driving towards Washington on Valley View and the dog ran in front of my car. The dog will be dropped off at the Animal Foundation on 12/18/2021.
