ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
Support the organization of the warehouse
Maintain office cleanliness and showroom presentation
Answer telephone calls
Provide general support for visitors
Clean and stock equipment
Building maintenance projects
Deliver tools and equipment to jobsites
Receive and stock supplies
REQUIREMENTS
Clear and compassionate customer service skills
Proficient in excel, word, outlook and web-based applications
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of office operations, organization and planning, problem solving, time management, communication and
teamwork
Basic mechanical skills
Regularly required walking and standing, must be able to lift objects up to fifty pounds
Clean driving record
This is a non-exempt, part-time position Monday through Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm.
