Rehoming - 10 year old back cat

Description

Lucy is a domestic black cat and will be turning 11 in April, 2022. She is weighs about 12lbs and is overall healthy as we brought her to the vet in November (2021) with full blood work. I purchased Lucy as a kitten from an adoption center in St. Paul when she was about 4 months old. Lucy and I have lived together throughout my twenties and now into my thirties. She is a good cat. Unfortunately, she has not been able to cohabitate with my wife's cat and we've come to the realization that neither cats are living their best lives in our current situation. That said, Lucy should not go to a home with another cat or a home which plans to add another cat in the future. Lucy is simply not a cat's cat. She has done well with our two dogs but I'd say she was at her peak when it was just her and myself. Being on the older side, Lucy sleeps for much of the time. However, she is always down to play with toys and is always surprisingly responsive to treats.
