San Luis Coastal USD has immediate openings for 2 levels of Groundsworkers. The purpose of the Groundsworker performs routine grounds maintenance work at assigned school sites. The Groundsworker II operates a variety of machinery and power equipment in order to repair and maintain the grounds of assigned school sites. Both levels assist in a variety of grounds construction projects, and perform related duties as assigned. All of the employees in the Operations Department share a responsibility for providing safe, clean, attractive, and functional grounds for students, staff, and visitors.
