We are a real estate investment company looking for someone in the Southern Illinois area to view homes as a real estate spotter. You would travel to the home take pictures and/or do a video plus do a simple inspection, if we put it under contract we will have a professional inspection done. You will be our eyes, ears and maybe most importantly our noses for future investments. So some general knowledge of local real estate markets and some construction knowledge would be helpful. We would love to find someone that is interested in investing and we can mentor you in that direction but not necessary. This is a great per diem job for someone looking to make some extra money with a fairly flexible schedule. If interested please drop us an email telling us why you think you are good fit.
