NixTermite, Inc Professional Pest Control Solutions is looking for a Licensed Pest Control Route Supervisor (Branch II). An individual who is a motivated, dependable, hard-working team-player that goes above and beyond. NixTermite has been family owned and operated since 1998. We are proud to provide professional pest control services to San Diego County for both commercial and residential accounts. We are looking for self-motivated professionals capable of working with a team or out on your own. You must be customer focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic. Our pest control technicians are responsible for identifying, estimating and eliminating pest problems. These services include but are not limited to; Providing estimates for pest control customers, safely applying pesticides to the interior and exterior of commercial buildings and residential homes. In addition, following up with customers after service is performed to ensure satisfaction, responding to customer concerns (Including resolving cancellation requests), monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of pest control products. Requirements: Branch 2 Structural Pest License is required. (3 or more years licensed experience) Outstanding customer service skills with a track record for pest control sales and new pest service starts. Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision. A customer focused mindset, and professional appearance. Ability to learn and maintain pest control protocols and techniques. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. (We Test) Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing a ladder and walking and able to lift up to 75 lbs. Benefits: We value our employees' time and efforts.
