I own a 5 bedroom duplex in NE Portland that I'm renting out. I will be travelling for a couple months, leaving next week, and I want to find someone who can take care of the house while I'm gone if issues come up. I would pay you an hourly rate whenever issues come up. If interested, please let me know how experienced you are with electric, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping. There's a small yard, I'm hoping you can mow the lawn once a month or something. Please also let me know your phone number and what part of town you live in. I would want to meet up with you this weekend to show you the house, and maybe put you to work for a couple hours.
