Maintenance Technician - Multi-family property in Canal Winchester, OH Dietz Property Group is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential multifamily property in Canal Winchester, Ohio. This Maintenance Technician position earns a competitive base wage of $17.50 - $21 per hour plus a share of monthly leasing bonuses. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN At least one year in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management! Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions. Customer service skills Ability to be in the on-call rotation WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time position and on-call hours are scheduled on a rotating basis.
