Job Duties as a Lighting Technician Installing new lighting fixtures, ballasts, lamps, lighting controls and other related products Recycling old lighting fixtures, ballasts and lamps Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness (including attending weekly safety meetings) Communicating with Supervisors Daily Ensuring quality control for all items installed Assisting other Field Employees as necessary Always meeting job schedules, Communicating issues proactively Maintaining adherence to Company Policy and Handbook items Working with Supervisors on procuring materials, tools and equipment needed Travel Weekly Hard Skills Required (2) years Lighting Retrofit -or- Construction experience, not mandatory High school diploma or GED equivalent Soft Skills Required Responsible Driven Honest Communicates well and clearly Detail Oriented Problem Solver / Self Starter Safety Conscious Positive Attitude Can deliver under pressure Promotable Willingness to travel **IMMEDIATE START available after FBI background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: lighting: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred)
