Compensation: Wage: $25/hr All employees are paid on 2x/month, pay day 1st & 15th of the month. You Must (requirements): Be at least 18 years old. Must have a minimum of 6 months of direct care experience. Pass a pre-employment drug test for the use of illegal drugs. Pass a state/federal criminal history check.( Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 50lbs. Be able to be certified with/Individual Focus certificate in Oregon Intervention System. Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.( ) Be able to attend a two week orientation located in Monmouth, Eugene or Grants Pass (M-F, generally 8AM-5PM), however we may be flexible with prior communication. Work schedule varies in days/times/location. Full-time 40 hours/week. Scheduled as needed by the openings within the organization. Participate in assigned on-call rotation (every 5 - 7 weeks working up to 20 hrs of OT).
