No Experience, Will Train the Right People! Although, some experience in construction or roofing is a plus. ***HIRING BONUS $1,000*** After 90 days of employment for eligible applicants only!! DO YOU: • have experience seamlessly measuring, cutting and hanging gutters? • have experience accurately measuring, fabricating and installing gutters and downspouts? • have experience correctly sealing end caps, miters, slip and butt joints, and setting anchors? • have the ability to continually balance, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, and stoop? • enjoy learning new trades and training crew members? • have the ability to tolerate heights and extreme temperatures for a long period of time? • adhere to OSHA and Safe Work Practices? • have a current and valid Driver's License? • pass Observed Drug Testing to California Standards?
