Don’t just start another job, but Start a Career Caregiver to CNA program; Temple View Transitional Care is currently interviewing those that want to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a difference in someone’s life! Start a career in the healthcare industry and start on your path to becoming a nurse! We will hire you as a Caregiver (CG) to start and then pay for your CNA classes. Upon graduation, and passing the state boards, you will work at Temple View Transitional Care as a CNA with a one-year commitment. Most nursing programs require you to have experience as a CNA before starting their courses. Preferred candidates for our introductory program will have a desire to become a CNA and work in the Long-Term Care Industry. You must work for Temple View Transitional Care as a Caregiver (CG) for 4 weeks at which time you will have the opportunity explore the job of a CNA and we have the opportunity to evaluate you and to see if you are a good fit with our culture. Your pay will be $10 an hour while you are a CG. If you are selected for this program you will need to enroll in a Certified Nursing Assistant course and Temple View Transitional Care will pay the costs of your training (Up to $1200). While you are a student you can work as a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) at Temple View Transitional Care Health. Your pay will be increased to $11.00 per hour. Once you graduate from CNA School, pass the CNA boards, and become a Certified Nurse Assistant your pay will be increased to $12.00 an hour and you will be eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus (paid out in thirds at 90, 180 and 270 days). At your one-year anniversary of being a CNA at Brookfield Health your pay will be increased to $13.00 per hour. This is the opportunity you have been waiting for!
