Insurance (General Liability, Workers Compensation) 2. Fully licensed 3. Ability to apply for permits/pass inspection 4. Extensive experience in residential renovation work including: Demo, Rough-in, Trim-out 5. On-going maintenance ability 6. Reliable transportation 7. Speak English Added benefit for hot swaps, and BGE design capabilities.
