Seeking machinist / fabber for tractor attachment

I'm posting this ad on behalf of a farm in Whately, MA. We're looking for a custom-made compost spreader as a tractor attachment, modeled after this drop spreader custom-made for a farm in Canada: Ideally, it would be of similar setup and design, hopefully large enough to fit a few cubic yards of material. The main desired feature is a way to set thickness of the layer of compost dropped, so perhaps use this for inspiration: It wouldn't need to have a hydraulic pickup/scoop mechanism if it's large enough to pull and carry several cubic yards of material. A ground drive belt/displacement mechanism would be desired, as opposed to power take off. We would be willing to meet and discuss plans, costs and needs if someone can meet within a reasonable distance.
