Looking for someone to operate my backhoe to dig a ditch

I have a tractor with backhoe, I need a ditch to be dug. You would have experience operating back hoe and or excavator, and be able to start right away. It’s going to be freezing soon. There is other work associated with digging the trench which we can talk about if you’re interested.
