Mile High Flea Market, Denver’s oldest and favorite flea market for over 40 years, is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Assistant Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Grounds Maintenance isn't just your next job, it's the opportunity to be part of an amazing team that delivers on our promise to exceed our guest's experience every time they come to our market. This position is waste management services before and after market days at Mile High Flea Market by assisting the Grounds Maintenance Manager.
This is a Full-Time position requiring FULL NIGHTS AND WEEKEND availability.
Duties:
Checks the lot, cart rental, and fence line areas for trash.
Place’s dumpsters in correct areas before the market opens.
Takes dumpsters to vendors.
Store’s dumpsters properly when not in use.
Makes sure all dumpsters and trash cans are emptied, swapped out, and cleaned.
Repair’s dumpster wheels, covers and other parts when needed.
Keeps the compact area clean.
Maintains all compactors and cart jumpers running properly.
Places trash cans in the correct areas.
Fuels all company trucks and gas cans.
Uses correct tools and equipment as needed.
Assists with snow removal as needed.
Performs tasks of those supervised.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides support for special events.
No Experience Necessary.
Oversee and painting of numbers and yellow lines on the lot.
Requirements:
Colorado Driver's License a Must.
Full Night and weekend availability
