Job description The historic campus of buildings is located in Loring Park Minneapolis. Unique 120k SF commercial property with an eclectic set of tenants and needs. The primary aspect of the job will be 25-35 hours a week/ doing general groundskeeping/maintenance/oversight of the property while working directly with the onsite property manager. Responsibilities: As a Groundskeeper, you play a vital role in creating a great first impression and ensuring users of the property are satisfied upon arrival. 1. Primarily responsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property; upkeep of community grounds and common areas, creating and maintaining curb appeal 2. May assist in minor interior & exterior repairs as-needed 3. Complete work orders in a prompt and timely manner. 4. Reporting to the property manager. Work Schedule: Will normally work a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating on call weekends; (hours may vary to meet the business needs of the property) Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour One location Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
