HEADS UP IF YOU ARE ORDERING PIZZA FROM IMO'S Fyi...bought pizza on Wednesday from Imo's and was charged a higher amount than what was cited online, on the menu on the wall at the shop, and on the menu flyer attached to the box. When I looked at the receipt and questioned the cashier about the price, I was told that there had been a price increase due to an increase in costs. I understand that...we are living in strange times; however, the price was close to $3 more than the advertised price, not pennies. So I sent a message to the store via the Imo's website store feedback portal and haven't received any kind of reply: no acknowledgement, no apology, NOTHING! How can they charge more than they are advertising? Be aware...if it happened to me; it can happen to YOU.
