Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for maintaining clean and safe facilities: emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces. You will maintain daily service and cleaning of restrooms. You will monitor building security by checking locked doors and being aware of potential hazards. Other duties may be assigned. Open until filled. Requirements High School diploma or GED. No prior work experience required. Previous janitor experience a plus. Attention to detail, mechanically inclined. Must be comfortable and prepared to regularly lift and /or move up to 50lbs. Ability to stand and walk for most of 8-hour shift. Must be able to communicate fluently (read, write, and speak) in English. Must be 18 or older to apply. Work Hours: This is a regular, full-time benefits-eligible position. We are flexible on shift schedule for this position. Our normal first shift hours are M-F: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Our normal 2nd shift hours are M-F: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm. We may also consider a split shift, if needed. Overtime and/or weekend hours may be required. Compensation: Hiring pay starting at a minimum of $15.00/hour depending on experience. 2nd shift positions are eligible for additional shift differential.
