Rochester apartment complex is seeking a reliable, hard-working person to do turns on vacant units. Duties include, but are not limited to removal of items left behind by previous tenants, painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, installing interior doors, drywall repair, light cleaning. Preference will be given to those who have experience installing vinyl plank flooring and/or carpeting. We supply all materials, but you must have your own tools. This position will be part-time with some flexibility to work around other jobs, etc. You will be working as an independent contractor and will receive a 1099 form for taxes. This position pays a flat rate per unit.
