Need long-term care for sweet & loving Shih Tzu

I travel frequently for two weeks to a month at a time and need some help taking care of my 13-year-old Shih Tzu. He's very cute, loving, and quiet, and only goes on 3 short walks per day (about 5 minutes each.) Most of the time he's just sleeping! I'm out of town starting December 20th and looking for someone experienced with senior dogs to give him lots of love and rubs while I'm away. I'll be returning on January 4th but am often traveling, so if this works out well I'd be interested in working together again. If you have a small dog of your own, that would be perfect since he's social with other dogs and enjoys their company :) Please reach out if you can host a dog for two weeks during the holidays and have a safe, clean, and loving home.
