I’m a singer/songwriter/guitarist/producer, my project is called The Young Love Scene https://soundcloud.com/theyounglovescene I just moved to LA, looking to form a beautiful amazing band of folks who wanna write a bunch and record a bunch and play lots of shows around SoCal, possibly farther Influences include early Pumpkins, Beatles, Ramones, Elliott Smith, RHCP, MBV, early Green Day, Talking Heads, Nick Drake, Pink Floyd, Fleet Foxes, Jimi Hendrix. Grunge-gaze vibes, punk energy, shoegazey textures, hypnotic beats, beautiful songwriting, ripping guitar solos I’m in my 30’s, male, very dedicated, lots of experience on stage and studio, healthy, not a huge party animal or anything. You: 21-50, come as you are, as long as you have good vibes, love the music, and can make it a top priority Looking for drums, bass, guitar, and synth/keys/percussion. Vocals are a plus! I have 19 originals that I’ve released this year, plus a bunch more in the vault. Down for collabos and co-writes and lots of good old fashioned jamming I have a vision of doing something really beautiful and really special. I’m picturing a roiling, relentless rhythm section, leads that are fiery and nuanced, catchy songs and long-form freakouts and lyrics straight from the heart.
